December

It's already the first of December, wow! 2009 went by so fast. I was looking back on my blog and it's been a little over a year since i started an account here. It's just crazy how fast the year went by, it's "mind bottling." haha.

Since i really have nothing else to blog about, i'll talk about my day. Had early start, woke up to my alarm at 0640 only to snooze twice. haha. I had to be in Anaheim this morning by 0800. I thought i would have enough time to make it there on time, but the traffic prevented that from happening. So, i finally got to the chapel and did my thang. For the start of it, it was pretty boring, just standing around and stuff. But as the day progressed, all of us SCAN guards were joking around and having a pretty good time. Sarge was asking us about geography and stuff to keep ourselves entertained.

I left the chapel around 1pm, for lunch and to get ready for work. kbbq for lunch! haha. But eunice and i could only conquer three plates =/. After that, went to eunice's house and watched an episode of House. Now, i'm here at work, typing this blog out. Hopefully, the time passes by quickly, i'm pretty sleepy right now...

Back from the cruise, Black Friday blues...

Clever title eh? haha. Anyway, i got back from Ensenada, after a three day cruise, this morning. Twas AWESOME! haha. Eat all you want and no one will look at you twice. So much fun! The hours of competing in Mario Kart with seven people was one of the happiest moments of the cruise. I had a hard time sleeping though, but other than that, R&R!

So, i've been currently into the Lakers. It's weird because i've never felt the need to watch them before. I got into the NBA last playoff season, when the Lakers lost to the Celtics. (Boo!)

I also put in an order to upgrade the memory in my laptop. I can't wait to see how fast it can go now.

That's pretty much it with me. I've been wanting the Kobe IV's for quite some time, ever since i graduated from college. OH YEAH! i'm a college grad now! lol.

Driving

I've had my license for about 8 and half years already, and it still feels a little surreal that i have one. I mean, ever since 6th grade i've wanted to drive, but i still think it's weird for me to be behind the wheel. I'm not entirely sure what i'm trying to get at but, i just know it feels weird to be driving. lol.

I take the 405 south to get to work, and around time for me to travel to work, there's traffic. Once there's an open stretch of freeway, everyone guns it and ends up breaking because of gridlock. So, there was an instance today where the speed picked up, only to slow down again, and this was near my exit (Palo Verde Ave). I was in the exiting lane and the car next to me was driving pretty fast, i guess he wasn't paying attention to what was ahead of him because the traffic was starting to slow down, almost to a complete stop. He had enough time to hit the breaks without hitting the guy in front of him. I thought there was going to be a collision, so right when the guy swerve a little into my lane, i immidiately moved also. Good thing there wasn't a collision. Some people are really absent minded when it comes to driving, and that scares me.

Crazy weather we're having...

This has got to be the craziest winter of my life. When the season started, it was cold, which i loved. But lately, it's hot! I'm comfortable in the 55-69 degree range, anything higher than that is too hot! Today, it was about 87/88 degrees, and it's supposed to be winter time. This sucks...
